I mean it's REALLY heavy. Maybe he should put it down, and move his hand to somewhere else. (Just follow my lead, we'll get this thread back on track soooner or later! :lol: ) Maybe to the Castle. He could spread all of his wandy goodness over there! Even Stitch could be on top of it laughing and saying unintelligible things! Yeah! Let's do that!

I've looked at the Re-Imagineering blog, too. And I must say that it's full of immature whiners who complain too much and only blurt out the same old tired arguments.
I don't even think the people who post there are Imagineers at all. Just another group of crybaby-ish fanboys who have nothing better to do than pick everything apart and say nothing bad things about everything that Disney does, no matter what it may be.

Aint that the truth, but it seems like this issue has been in speculation for years now. I thought the wand was supposed to be temporary, how long has it been up? Like 3+ years now?
I believe it went up for the Millenium Celebrations in 2000.

Yea, the wand went up for 2000. It was different at the time, something new and nice for the celebration. However, ever since it went to EPCOT it has gotten a bad rep., not that it was getting a great one when it was 2000.

That's a big "+" (ironically enough for something that's hardly a big "plus" in WDI jargon). Yes it was created for the 2000 celebration, but it was actually put up in 1999. Eight full years soon enough...
