These statements contradict themselves “we don’t know” vs. “the fact is guests are reacting” - which is it?

No contradiction at all. You ask how do we know if the oath is the issue. Unless you were to ask the disruptive forces if it is the oath then we can never exactly know. What we do know however is that the animatronic portraying the person is being lashed out at.
My last post to say.... Dis should stop the disruptive forces by removing the cause which is putting the focus on a speaking Biden or Trump. .

How do we know that? I’m not trying to be difficult but it seems to me that -

When President Trump was giving his speech there were issues - Disney solved that by placing security visible in the attraction.

President Biden no longer gives a speech but only recites the oath of office.

Did that solve the problem? Or is there still a problem?
