So fly by's are now authorized? Is Tinkerbell going to certify as a traffic controller? Will the Castle be equipment upgraded for air traffic control?
It’s an up charge option for Galactic Cruiser. Once inside Disney airspace all those aboard start yelling “Pew, Pew, Pew”

Like KORL07, KISM15 approach goes right over Disney World. These approaches are used every day and have been for decades. Its normal.
Here is the approach plate overlaid on the map:
Looks like that aircraft was being vectored by ATC to a standard 30 degree intercept of the localizer at KISM. You can see at the bottom the approach altitudes (2000 at WERPO decending to 1200 at WADSI) match your reported altitude too.
Emergency aircraft can pretty much get whatever they ask from ATC. Based on the direction I'm guessing they asked ATC for a direct to Horizon West hospital from wherever they were and that just happened to take them over MK.
