If we're talking about Tron here, there have been reports that if you provide proof (like reservation details, receipt, etc.) that it did coincide with your BG call window, they'll let you through.

Another option is to go to a GET umbrella after getting your BG and explaining that you have a reservation conflict. They would maybe covert your BG to an all-day BG, usable at any time within park hours.
