I can't find any information about when the holiday overlay will come to this attraction. I'm not sure if they will start it with Disney's Christmas season (11/8) or when more people put trees up (11/25). Has anybody seen anything other than "this hoilday season" as far as a date goes?

I don't believe Disney has put a date on that yet - the International Festival of the Holidays at EPCOT begins November 25th though.

I was assuming that was the time until the boarding group was called, roughly 9pm if booking at 3. I've heard varying reports but I think it was 40 mins or so the one time I went through VQ. Not great but I didn't mind so much in the summer heat.

It’s the total wait time including before BG is called as well as physical queue wait time. I’ve ridden somewhere around 15 times now and the longest time I’ve ever had to wait inside was maybe 45 minutes. Keep in mind many of these rides were during the late August-September “slow” period. The parks have been so busy throughout October I just haven’t bothered with the VQ in a while
