Technically you're only given an hour window after your BG is called. But in actuality, they let you in anytime during the day after being called. The CMs stationed at the entrance aren't being strict with it, but maybe prepare an excuse just in case they ask.

ILL lasts longer than VQs these days. At the minimum, around an hour. So definitely try for VQ first.

Also if you're a non-resort guest, you won't be able to get an ILL at 7am until later (if it's still available).
