Based on anecdotal reports on Twitter, it appears that the ride is only playing September by Earth, Wind & Fire today, which is awesome if true.

Yes, that was our experience yesterday. Our Star Jumper cruised to September as did the Star Jumper that arrived after we unloaded. Someone, somewhere in TWDC understood the assignment and delivered some extra pixie dust yesterday.

Cosmic Rewind is currently down, although I’m not sure how long it’s been. As I was entering the park about 30 minutes ago, I saw guests being evacuated from the ride and back into the park through a backstage gate next to the restrooms on the east side of SSE.
Edit: the ride is back online as of 12:20pm.

We just got back from our trip and on our Epcot day we purchased a ILL and got both a regular and after-hours VQ. During one of the rides, it broke down while we were in the ride. It tried to go up an incline and slid back. We sat there in the dark for about 5 minutes before it started back up, sans lights, music/dialogue. When we pulled I. To unload I asked if we could have a reride due to the breakdown—at first the CM said no, but when guests started to complain, he called a supervisor who had NO IDEA the ride had even had a breakdown. Thankfully those of us who wanted to reride were escorted back in line with minimal wait. Unfortunately, we got “everybody wants to rule the world” again from the day before.

Does anyone know if there is a Wonders of Xandar pavillion loop playing on the outside of the pavillion or is it just the music were hearing normally in the park around that area? I Don't recall if they had planned of having one but, it sure would made sense to keep with theming..

Yes, there is a unique music loop that plays in the main courtyard in front of the building.

This is random but I just noticed this while walking by: the Disney 100 mural at EPCOT uses the during construction look for the Energy building, with the rust-orange ribs and fully dark grey exterior. I just thought it was interesting to note.

If not for the motion sickness this would be one of my favorite rides at WDW. Going to try upping the dose of Bromine next time. My biggest complaint is the song choices. The first time I ever rode was Conga and that was awesome. The last two times were Everybody Wants to Rule the World which is way too mellow for a rollercoaster.

I so bummed that our ride broke down while we had Conga—totally great. When we did the deride, we got Everybody Wants to Rule the World and we had heard the same song the day before. Another reason to ride!

Finally saw this in person using VQ. From the time I entered the queue to the time I exited the ride was about an hour. Loading was slow after the pre-shows, for whatever reason.

The ride itself is fun as a roller coaster (and did not give me motion sickness), but a major letdown for a headliner Disney E-ticket. I think all the money went into gutting UoE, building the gravity building, the queue and filming the original actors. The ride itself is sparse on the inside and the projections and props are too bright, revealing much of the track and looking like screens. This is a similar problem with TRON and Mummy at UOR, but Mummy has more rooms with actual sets.

I know some people think this is the best ride at WDW, but it's not even my favorite thing at EPCOT right now. Or even the best roller coaster with Chris Pratt in the Orlando area IMO.

That point at the end there brings up something funny: Chris Pratt has a ride at Disney and Universal! Lol
