Jack’s business is making news videos based off of existing info and I’d say he’s doing a pretty decent job at it. The only claim I believe is incredibly false is the fact that you’re close with people on this project.

Jack came to me for information and confirmation on certain aspects, and I gave him practical reasons why something can or cannot be true. I have never professed to know all aspects of this project, and been very honest about what I don't know. Jack works very hard to get as much information as possible as accurate as possible and tries to be responsible with what he's putting out there, unlike many many other outlets. And honestly I think he does a pretty good job of explaining it to lots of people who don't live and breathe it like many on here.
I would really love to know exactly what Jack has got wrong in that video and this is the perfect forum in which to put the correct details out there .

The only thing that has changed since I have released this video, is the info about the 5 songs. The song info I had has apparently changed and that info is out of date.
The other is that some have misunderstood what I meant when I said it would be Rock’N’Rollercoaster speeds in places. Obviously launch at RNR is way faster. But in certain places like on downhill sections it will have some pretty good speed comparable to RNR inside that ride’s gravity box. But this won’t be faster than RNR. Admittedly I could’ve made that clearer.
Everything else I have said is based off previous insider knowledge, sources that have reached out or mainly publicly available documents like the leaked blueprints.

This is an incredibly gracious one, and O do endlessly appreciate the work you do within our community. It's just fun to watch everyone jump on speculation trains. We all try to piece together the bits we have, it's natural. I just simply commented on what I had heard from areas of the community about the videos for Guardians. Not saying they are my own views on your content. I do, in fact, appreciate how factual your content is for the most part. No offense was meant towards you or your content in any way.

I’d be interested to see you write down even a handful of the things that are incredibly false. If you’re going to make as bold and rude a comment as “most of this guy’s claims are incredibly false” you should be able to back it up.

I didn't state they were my own views, I meant that I had seen people regard them as false. Maybe I should have worded it better, it's really late. I already apologized, and didn't mean to be rude. From the bits I know, there were some inaccuracies, nothing major. I've just seen and heard a bit from the community claiming it's false. Again, I should have worded it better.

Welp, found out some great news tonight. My family and I are gonna spend a day at EPCOT in December to ride Cosmic Rewind!
I think it's important to remember that Jack is not "an insider" and has never claimed to be one. He is "an aggregator," in that he is presenting information available. Some of it is a compilation of stuff we all know that is confirmed. Some is what insiders are saying, which can be iffy, depending on the track record of the insider and Disney's penchant for constantly change their minds on stuff.
Jack has learned which 'insiders' to trust and which ones to take with a grain of salt. But even the best insiders can wind up with Disney pulling a Main Street Theater on them.

Just had to reopen that old wound... didn't you? Just when I thought I was over that poor decision by Disney... One of the bigger mistakes Disney's made recently not building that theater if you ask me...

I've always wondered who these insiders are. Are they people who "know a guy/gal" working on the project? Are they anonymous entries from people actually working on the project themselves?

I have no doubt that’s the case for short-term stuff we see, but I’ve always wondered about the more tenured members here. You gotta wonder how a guy like Martin has been leaking things for well over a decade. I mean don’t get me wrong I’m very glad he and others are here, but like what does Disney think about this? Have they been trying to trace it back for years but getting outwitted at every turn, do they just not care because they see the benefit to the fan community, or are the leaks specifically approved? I feel weird even raising this question.
Most work "in the industry" as vendors or consultants, or, had worked in the upper ranks of Disney and still have connections.
Previously, the imagineers themselves would talk freely about the projects they were working on to anyone who'd listen. But, that well is drying up.
With the big capital expenditures that started almost a decade ago that had a lot of new projects in the works, there were opportunities for those 'in the know' to drop bombs of insider info. But, as those projects are winding up, and no new big projects seem to be greenlit at this time (tho, Disney execs and imagineers are always spit-balling ideas), there is little insider news to relate, except for stuff like "how many preshow scenes will GotG:CW have?!!?"
Holding patterns generate little new tidbits of info.
