A lot of speculation has been that either Tron or Guardians will open in '22, and the other in '23.
I'd been thinking Tron would be first.
I wonder if this means Tron is now '23?

Both should have opened by now. Tron should have been ready for Tomorrow. What a sad day for Disney fans...

I can’t believe “opening in 2022, don’t ask us when” is really an announcement.

I’ve been very forgiving of the pandemic-related delay pushing both Tron and Guardians back, but that was always with the presumption they’d be ready for summer 2022. This shouldn’t be news, or something we’re still pondering.

At least VelociCoaster is open and fantastic.

No way Tron is 2024. Are the construction crews taking daily extended siestas or something?

Maybe it makes business sense to delay Tron further, but doing so also turns MK’s milestone birthday into a dud. Neat lighting and iridescent food shouldn’t cut it.

At the same time, Guardians opening in 2023 would have worked for Epcot’s 40th. The rush on Guardians (when it’s seemingly a much more complex coaster) reaffirms what a disaster ‘Evolved Epcot’ actually is.
