The original meaning of "decimate" is to kill one out of ten. But, it almost never gets used that way. Instead it's a fuzzy synonym for "devastate" So whether it was a Titan or an Asgardian or an Earthikin script writer, it's not a reliable assessment of the actual percent damage to Xandar.

They briefly flirted with the name “GOTG: Really big box that you can’t see now since we painted it blue” however, they realized that would only fit on the 3X and larger t-shirts so they went back to plan A

Wow!! I wasn't sure if that was it or not. Need to get some new eyes or something. That is a sizable structure. I much preferred the picture of Volcano Bay although it looked a wee bit stormy.

The water park looks really inviting on a hot day like this and it doesn’t look too packed.

My first thought was that it was one of the tall hotels between UNI and WDW. Now knowing that it's the ride building is really a "Whoa!!" moment.
