Does this building come with massive palms from all directions or... ?

I ask only because I wonder if a few artificial palms built into the edge/corners of the building would make the building more indistinguishable against the sky and the surrounding trees. Add a few more palms to the horizon and it'd nearly vanish. Once you hide the corners of the building the building itself disappears when glanced at indirectly. (Stare at SSE and the gravity building poofs away)

I get what Disney has done but I wonder if they need more trees to complete the effect. Would hiding the building's edge help the illusion?

Alternatively, they could just paint SSE hot pink or neon orange and no-one will even notice the GotG building. :cautious:
Make SSE the focus again and all is forgiven. (Clearing trees in front of SSE would help too!)

It’s noticeable from nearly every section of the park and fights SSE for focus but you’ll notice so many buildings around the park that pop out. The new Rivera, soarin, ToT.

This is what I've said.
When it comes to camouflage - part of how it works is to break up the outline.
A couple more of those very tall palms would do a very good job of that.

The thing is, even if they did this, there would be a random bunch of palm trees lumped together, which would draw attention to itself as well. There's no way to make a building of this size seamlessly blend in with the skyline.

They don't have to be lumped together, and we're not talking about seamlessly blending it in.
Just tall trees placed here and there breaking up the box - particularly say the view of the edges from across the water.

It very much depends on the weather. When the sky is blue, it works. When there's more cloud cover, it doesn't. I took a photo from a very similar spot a few months ago when there were more clouds and it stuck out like a sore thumb -

With the color, I am guessing it will be like Soarin...ugly when you are seeking it out, but fairly unassuming if you aren't looking for it.
On this picture, it looks like the sky failed to render properly on a video game.

Unpopular Opinion: Soarin' has never really bothered me before, and I never notice it unless I'm directly looking for it. Even when I'm looking right at it, it doesn't look nearly as bad as a lot of people on these threads make it out to be. The GotG building on the other hand...
The main thing about the Soarin' building is that it's not visible from a good majority of the park. I don't believe there's many places at all it's visible beyond a chunk of World Showcase. It's also much lower. The Guardians building on the other hand is notably more visible from a lot of Future World and World Showcase, and being taller it sticks out a lot more.

This might have already been brought up, but it would be way cooler if they paint the outside of the building to look Guardians themed or like a space mural
