Yeah this is a welcome upgrade. I’m so happy that the skipped the 3D “upgrade” and gave us this instead. I really like FJ already so this is just gonna be the cherry on top for me.Good. An upgrade was needed, IMHO. I was surprised at the quality last year. It was lesser than I expected.
Now you’ve got me craving a Florida waffle. Lol!You bet. Give it 4 hours though. At KeKe's and they take forever.

So, this is going to be ismilar to Test track in build up?Mmm hmm. Plenty to look at in the queue though.
Even without stops I would think there would be plenty of opportunity to make the interior of the ride interesting to look at.
Did they also clean the screens? 2 years ago I went and they very dirty again.Same! Cancelled today's FPs just to see them. They sound good!

A marginal improvement that most people won't noticeDid they also clean the screens? 2 years ago I went and they very dirty again.
Oh well. At least a marginal improvement is better than just letting it fade slowly into obsolescence.A marginal improvement that most people won't notice

No. The slow parts are around 10% of the ride. So, this is going to be ismilar to Test track in build up?
aka tons of queue, show, then into the ride buildings, some show stuff while the trains/seats move slowly.. then they speed up for the portion of the coaster, then slowdown and then you get down?

I’ve a soft spot for Tron (the IP)Will this be a better or worse ride in your opinion than Tron for:
Theme (ignoring its placement)
Thrill
Reridability

I’m not at all interested in Tron, but I still can’t wait for the ride as it looks awesome.
IOW, IP almost doesn't matter. It may get people interested (or not), but then the ride has to be a good ride with a good story to be... good.
In my humble opinion, IP DOES NOT MATTER AT ALL. So why the heck don't they do more original attractions?
