wow.. I didn´t think there woul be many replies to one more of my silly threads!

Dan, first grey one at 15?
Pam, how lucky, at 40!

I have friends who have like a bunch of them all together in the front of their heads so they are hard to hide and they were still in their 20's. I am happy with my bunch scattered around my head!

Pumba, yeah, I can assure you I don´t deal with a chest rug or back rug or ear rug, or facial ones! ...but I´ve seen girls who deal with those... :hurl: poor things... BTW, highlights in different colors are the fad now, so keep showing your chest!

Gosh, that's ripe for a comment. :lookaroun Ripe, hmmmm:lookaroun

It's amazing how two threads over you have this long Christian thread about the Passion and here we are talking about natural hair color (red-no way to really fake that one) and showing chests. Is this a great country or what?

LOL, okay, serious reply... I have no gray hairs (I can tell when my roots start growing in what my hair color really is supposed to be :lookaroun) and my mom and dad are both 55 and haven't one gray between them. :) So I guess it's not something I have to worry about.

All you have to do is throw a little $exual undertones and guys can smell it like sharks smelling blood. We actually had a guy at work make a comment in a meeting about a blond womens natural hair color. Can't beleive that guy is still here. I believe that younger guys think most of those comments, for some strange reason, would be a turn on for a girl. Pretty stupid, heh? Let's ask a girl about her publics (that's what my dad used to call them - public hair) and assume she'll be turned on and not disgusted. Ahhh, youth.

So anyway, gray and getting grayer.

DON'T PULL THEM OUT! It just irritates them, and makes them form gangs.

I've been "going grey" for about 10 years now; it costs about $100/month to keep it that way. (I have low lights put in...frosting in reverse; strands of hair are painted with color to cover the white) Once my son is out of elementary school I'll let it go silver.

My husband had salt and pepper hair in his twenties; it's completely white now. My daughter already has grey hairs, and I just noticed one in my son's hair.

Pumba, you were talking about underarm hair, weren't you?

Is it grey or gray? :veryconfu
I wondered this last night but I was too lazy to look it up. I hate making spelling mistakes! :brick:
Where is the Spelling Police to correct me when I need it? :animwink:

Only five grey hairs?? I have dyed my hair since I was 20 years old, yes for 15 years because I have so much grey hair! I don't even know what my natural hair color is anymore. Just be thankful that you have a thick head of hair! It will be ok, really!! My husband married me grey hair and all!

After checking...and double checking the checking...Grey and Gray are both correct ways to spell "Gray...er...Grey..."

And now...to justify my answer.

gray 1 also grey ( P ) Pronunciation Key (gr)
adj. gray·er, also grey·er gray·est, grey·est
Of or relating to an achromatic color of any lightness between the extremes of black and white.

Dull or dark: a gray, rainy afternoon.
Lacking in cheer; gloomy: a gray mood.

Having gray hair; hoary.
Old or venerable.
Intermediate in character or position, as with regard to a subjective matter: the gray area between their differing opinions on the film's morality.

(and for the record..."Having gray hair; hoary. " I do not mean anything by it!!!)

Well I think that post cancels out the dignified part....

graying hair dyed to a reddish brown & then golden highlights added. Sometimes I'd like to dye it all gray & be done with it.
My left eyebrow is almost all gray...if not dyed it looks like I don't have one.
