Well for one thing, people didn't go to ROTM mainly because of Imhotep and even if the AA isn't working, they did have a nice effect anyways. But people are going to POTC mainly to see the Captain Jack AA's. So it is a much bigger deal if the Sparrow's aren't working.

LOL (Although, ROTM goes down more for Guest Situations than AA. In fact going down for AA is kinda rare and usually doesn't take long to fix.). Just remember that Pirates is kinda still unofficially T&A (get ur mind outta the gutter, arrrrrrrr.)
