I really don't like the outfits at PSS. Those were my least favourite character pics last year, despite Goofy being the best (non-speaking) character interaction I've had in 10 years.

The parks need a balance, and a lot of families really like the character experience. If done properly it does not need to impact Epcot in a negative way.

It does not really impact Epcot at all. You can go all day without seeing a character at Epcot.
