True enough, but I don't think it's right to call anyone a nasty name here. And though he's free to come and read, it still behind his back unless you are saying it to him in a forum you know he's reading.

You would think it would rate as more important than to turn up at the end of the post (on Miceage) about the flower and garden festival...

The Partners Statue is a pretty important symbol at a lot of the Disney Parks, I would kind of expect something official from Disney if they planned on changing it.

Certain elements of that photo look Photoshoped to me...

Granted its a little early for April 1st but you never know what made up stuff is headed for the forums the next few days ....

Actually, you can clearly seen on other photos (I checked my own from past years as well) that the gold elements are a different color anyway e.g. take this older photo, back a few years ago when the hub had bigger trees http://magicalmomentstravel.net/clip_Partners_Statue.jpg

I still think the original photo on MiceAge has had its color saturation etc. fiddled with in Photoshop to make it more gold than it actually is.

Personally I hope its a photoshop image. Not caring for this 'new' look. This is WDW not Vegas! I just find it very distracting.

It's a change I have no issue with. I think it makes Mickey look more like the cartoon character he is...and I'm good with that.

I gotta say I don't like it. I guess its different seeing it in person than through a picture but compared to the old I think they downgraded it completely.
