For those of you who may have forgotten, our very own Markymark will be running a half-marathon tomorrow. He is on the road to Newcastle now and will not be back until Monday, but he said he will try to check in sometime along the way.

I would just like to publicly cheer Mark on--this is a huge personal victory for him, and vicariously, for me, too... He has trained hard for this for months...

Hi guys!!

I MADE IT!!!!!

Thanks everyone for the support. I was thinking about you all, REALLY, I was!!

I managed to haul myself round in 2 hours and 45 mins. Not bad for a fat lad eh?

It was sooo hot for the first 6 miles, loads of people being ill and needing medical assistance, and a few even needed ambulances, but fortunately not me!

Still I made it relatively injury free, just a bit of muscle fatigue today.

We held a 1 minute silence for everyone over in the USA and it was superbly observed. It was quite an odd feeling, nearly 50,000 people totally silent.

Thanks again for all your wishes guys you really are the best.
