Me too, but I've decided that I'm hanging up my "complaining hat" about it given what my co-worker is dealing with now. Reminds me to be thankful that my yuckies are being caused by something wonderful.

Thanks! We were getting nervous because they had a problem with one of the tapes (there were 2 camera people). The footage was on it, but for some reason they weren't able to get it to transfer over and it had never happened to them. But they were able to send it away and have someone fix it to *whew*!
