Get her a little igloo, or at the very least a cardboard box, turned on its side, with a little rug inside. Actually, the best configuration is a small box turned right side up, inside the bigger box on its side. cats love that closed in feeling, it makes them feel safe. That way she's warm at night. :shrug:

There aren't any other families around her though...it could just hide under this truck that's on our property...I saw her near there today when I went out this morning...and that's the direction she came from yesterday too...

there was a dog in our neighborhood that did that. We thought it was a stray for a while. But we were his second family. He used to come over all the time, and "knock" on the front door for me to come out and play. He used to take naps on the landing of the stairs. This was back in the days when dogs used to be able to roam the neighborhood. not anymore.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it all works out this time. This is our "Vegas trip" that got cancelled. Marc's heading here, and I get to wander around the world by myself while he's off learning about computers.
