Why can't Mom's have sick days? Marc's off from work sick today, and even though I'm just as sick as he is, I'm the caretaker for two babies today. Humph. Why is it that when we both get sick, he's always "sicker"???

Yesterday was AWEOMSE! Just... so cool.Sorry to hear about DH's knee.
We actually came away from the closing with a check! :lol: I'm such a number cruncher, but somehow overlooked/forgot about the deposit we made when we put in our offer. And the mortgage company forgot too! So we got a check for that back. Plus some more. AND our mortgage rate was .25% lower than we thought it was going to be! Whis translates to a much lower monthly payment! :sohappy:But today is another story... I'm still very thankful for all the blessings we've had. But we're in a bad spot with Derek's injury. The PM explains a little.

Magic friends, please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. As I said, we're VERY grateful to be blessed with a new house, but there are a lot of things we're dealing with at the moment. I've tried not to talk about it on here, but your positive thoughts and prayers would be very much appreciated.

DH tore his MCL and meniscus. We were hoping he'd just need physical therapy... but the doctor told him today surgery. I have faith that things happen for a reason. *sigh* But it's a really difficult time right now.
