In the past 9 years, I've only seen the parade once (in 2006). The band marches on Thanksgiving, at the rival school. I guess I'll be seeing it next year.

Awww I'm sorry today was your last day with band.
I just can't believe I'm done, after being involved for 8 years. It's going to be so weird not seeing every game next year. I really have to make sure I come home for at least 1 game next year (though I probably won't be able to come home for Thanksgiving- it probably would be too expensive to fly). I really am going to miss the band too. They're a great group of people.

DH and I broke into a bottle of wine that we have had since our honeymoon over 10 years ago... We purchased it at a winery in Napa Valley.

These past 2 days have been hectic...but nice.

Yepper.
I wanted to give my ice cream cart the look of being in a snowstorm and looking all frosty.
I'm not sure, though.

Exactly. Right now I hate walking into my house and seeing it the way that it is. I don't know how much I'll get done this weekend with the kids home, but next week...look out! :lol:

We might set our tree up this weekend too. I usually have my December 5th "Walt's Birthday" tradition, but we may be busy next weekend as SIL is going to be induced Friday if she doesn't have the baby before then. Oooo, if they induce her Friday the baby would have the same Bday as Walt! :sohappy:
SO, yeah we talked about setting the tree up this weekend but not putting any lights/decorations on it until we see how the dog is going to be with it. :dazzle:

Good!! Full. :dazzle: Just got back from DH's parents' place up in the Catskills. Quick little trip but it was nice up there.
