Getting a Tan for Vacation

Any advice on how to get a good tan for vacation? I don't have time to lay in the sun and have a fear of tanning beds thanks to Final Destination and a bad lightening storm at home. I've been using the tanning wipes. They do good, but don't seem to last long and are expensive.

Sounds like your only quality option is a spray on tan. You also might want to look into a tanning place that has stand up booths. They are much less claustrophobic than the lay down models and they work faster as well.

Not sure about in the US, but over the pond we have daily body moisturisers with "a hint of sunless tanner" that builds up a tan gradually. I use them quite a lot and they give your skin a lovely golden glow. They usually offer different levels of tanning too.

I like those. I've had good luck with the spray booths, too, although I'd rather go the airbrush route. I'm going to try that next time.

I had sun damage before I turned 30- so- hopefully my kids will grow up smarter than I was.
