Garden Grill restaurant permanently immobile? No.

appreciate it.. the only thing I had issues with being wrong on was the mine train... I am just trying to share what I've been told.. There is no need for people to get that upset over it... Live and learn I guess...

As a result.... I'm going to Garden Grill tonight for dinner.. I'll go ahead an put a measuring tape against the wall and verify that the restaurant is turning as reported.. I am sure it is.. but just to be sure and make absolutely certain... Maybe someone was just running so fast it started to move in the fashion of a hamster wheel yesterday afternoon..

Only? Off the top of my head, you were wrong about Splash, Spectro, Mine Train, etc. And tell me, What was the unique component that had to be removed to be replicated??

Like I said before, I think your Source?? is trying to make you look bad or you are just constantly guessing and hoping to get something right.

LOL. I should have clarified "a real source" (although I personally can't verify ANYONES sources, but just saying ...)

So no one with a source has never been off, or wrong? LOL

I think people, especially posters from this site, feel the need to complain and bad mouth Disney at any oppertunity they can get. This topic was being discussed in the restaurant section of this site in a calm and classy manner but when it was discussed here in news and rumors it quickly turned in being about Disney being cheap and losing standards. Some people, even with "inside" sources need to get a life.

Those reporting in on the rotation....thanks! Quick question though, are you all 100% sure that the rotation isn't an effect from new strobes over the boats? Just making sure, no offense. :p:D

This site is one of the worst for simply bad mouthing Disney based on either no or inaccurate info. People need to learn to get accurate information before spouting off the negative stuff. They look pretty silly when the truth comes out like it did here. Frankly this board needs more and stronger moderation.
It's actually not very "classy" to tell people they need to get a life because they are concerned about slipping standards... just sayin'
If it was simply about slipping standards that would be one thing but it isn't. It's about the He man Disney haters club just taking another shot at Disney based on nothing more than their perceptions.

I have no problem with people criticizing Disney when it's warranted but too much commentary on this board is totally unwarranted like this thread ultimately showed.

So as a moderator, am I supposed to delete any opinion that I may disagree with, or an opinion that that may not be based in fact?

The purpose of a discussion forum is to have everyone's opinion, and a place where anyone can have a voice. As long as those opinions are stated within the rules of the forum, they will not be deleted.

I think you also confuse some posters with being representative of "the site". You will notice that there is a main website - http://www.wdwmagic.com and on the forums, over 70,000 members. There is far more to WDWMAGIC than a handful of posters.

Well now that's it's rotating again, I guess @marni1971 is off the hook and won't have to begin the editing process to create an ultimate tribute film of the Garden Grill showing us vintage footage from the days of yesteryear where it used to rotate. Somehow Martin, I'm sure you'd make it a riveting showcase of celluloid magic.

btw, this is completely in jest.
