Yeah I watched it.Anybody else watching GoT? All I can say about tonight's episode is Holy Sheet!
I haven't read the books so I was floored. I may go back and read them after the series is over.Yeah I watched it.
Having read all the books, I knew what was coming.
But, it was still incredibly powerful to watch. Especially Catelyn's scream at the end.
One wedding down...one to go...
Though, I bet they save the other until next season.
It was just an amazing scene... So unbelievably powerful and completely unexpected... I had tears strolling and tv/movies never make me cry...
Also I don't think I was crying over what happened... I wasn't sad... I honestly think my body just didn't know how to handle the emotions and shock and so tears just started rolling

I said the f-word more times in the last 5 minutes than The Sopranos did in 6 seasons.
I mean holy..... [6 paragraph's of profanity later].... was that hard to watch. I had to pour myself a drink when it was over. Thank God Mad Men gave me some good Roger Sterling humor afterwards to lighten the mood a bit.
LMAO!!! I was wondering if any fellow DisneyWorldphiles watched GoT, particularly last night's ep. And here is this post!
I knew it was coming, but still wow! Although I did find the actual RW sequences oddly subdued. It worked, but it still felt weird to me, all the same.
Last night's GoT actually knocked me off my WDW for a time. Although with next week being the season finale, I will have no such further interference.
Not looking forward to True Blood at all. Last season was abysmal.
I went through shock reading the book years ago.I'm still in shock.
I'm still in shock.
Just wait, more to come.....Just when I thought this show couldn't shock me again.......
The show and the books are fantastic, each in and if themselves. Having read all the books, I personally don't mind the little changes. Some, we're quite necessary. The biggest one, I think, being raising the ages of some of the younger characters. For example, in the books Dany is only 14 when she becomes pregnant with Khal Drogo's baby. Guess they didn't want to show her....becoming pregnant.....as they did on the show. Two words...
Red Wedding.
I just saw it. Thought about reading the books, now I'm glad I haven't. I'll wait until the series concludes before I pick them up.
During the first season, Costco had a paperback box set of the first four books. Ever since then, I have gone back and forth as to whether I want to read them yet. I want to, and yet I am afraid it will diminish my enjoyment of the show. Hard to decide.I just saw it. Thought about reading the books, now I'm glad I haven't. I'll wait until the series concludes before I pick them up.
