Got to watch myself,
eat only when hungry and try and avoid fats.

Walking for me burns nothing,
yes you can walk a lot, but a slow 5-10min walk from one attraction to another we hardly increase my heart rate and it is less than 20min at a time.

What a great thread, I'm sure many people have wondered the same thing.

Last trip, I was on the Dining Plan for 10 days and probaby gaing about 2 pounds despite the walking. I'm used to eating better at home and doing more vigorous workouts. I'm sure getting in the pool a little more could have evened things out for me.

Not at all!! I don't snack at all, keep meals light in the morning (not a breakfast person, let alone before rides), and usually do their salad and fruit bowls for lunches!! Fried food, Florida heat, rides that toss you around? I don't imagine it feels very good!

I usually lose a few pounds while there :)

Of course! Im sure everyone does, unless you watch cautiously what you eat! Going out to eat and being tempted into deliciously carb filled foods and baked goods! But hey, its vacation! Enjoy the food and snacks!
