Future of the Hollywood Tower of Terror

So what's wrong if they tweak the ride to be the same theme as the Disney Sea version?
That is a heck of a tweak...a complete and utter revamp and story change.... Which would also need a complete and utter remodeling of the existing Hotel lobby and show scenes to tell the story of the Hotel Hightower....and then the Disney Sea version has no 5th Dimension room... To me, it seems like it's original storyline seems to continue to play well...even without knowing the old series it is based on....

It can be the Hotel Hightower with the evil tiki without many changes. There is no reason to change the lobby. It can be adapted. Remember it doesn't have to be an exact clone. The 5th dimension room can be adapted to the tiki playing tricks on the car passing by.

The tower definitely needs some love. Make a movie or show based on it... something. The part where it goes off the track is boring and needs at least some projections.
You have seen the ToT TV movie right? They can easily remove the Twilight Zone Plot and add the Underwhelming plot of that one and still keep it the same..Here's the opening showing the fate of the guests on the elevator..How this is STILL not on Disney+ makes no sense.

Haha, yeah I shut it off. Anything with 1990's Steve Guttenberg as the star shouldn't get an attraction.

Watching the intro you think to yourself, "Hey this looks like a good movie." And then you watch the remaining 72 minutes.

Keep The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror exactly as it is. Or I will scream.
It's interesting to think while Disney is using a CBS/Viacom based IP..
In the mid 90's at the former Paramount Now Six Flags Kings Island and Dominion parks had launch coasters based around the show The Outer Limits which was aired on ABC...It was like a flip flopped agreement. Disney can use the CBS IP and Paramount can use the Disney IP..
However, when they dropped the IP they had to remove anything based around the show and it's...Okay..But, What makes it stand out is voice actor Jim Cummings at the end of both versions of the pre shows..

The Outer Limits: Flight of Fear Pre-show Show..

And after the IP was removed and is this version of the preshow to this day...

Just because a show airs on a certain network doesn’t mean that network has any ownership in the show itself. ABC broadcast The Outer Limits but it’s largely owned by Amazon now because United Artists was the major production company behind the show.
