Of course. All the best ice creams are cooked custards in actuality. Not too healthy for you either, but if you're going to do it, why not do it right?
Sounds good but we don't want to have to stay in the rooms for very long when we are at the beach with my parents. I might get in anyway from you later.

Just whatever you do, don't use a mix!! If you don't go the cooked method, at least use fresh cream and sugar and such. Those mixes have sooooo many processed chemicals. :hurl:

I don't use a mix. I use a very simple mix. eggs, milk, vanilla, sweetened condensed milk and sugar.

My daughter christened the patio - with her shin. :dazzle: Slipped and hit the corner of the stone. Two sets of internal stitches as well as exterior ones at the ER. Good thing I'm against drinking for real, or I'd be slobbering right now.

Okay to talk my ear off at the ER :lol: - she was a little hysterical at first, but calmed down once they started cleaning the area, then they numbed it. I couldn't do the medicine thing though. :hurl: Poor girl cut it down to the bone.

Well I am glad she is okay. How many stitches does this make for her? I think the boys had tons of stitches. The girls have had nothing as of today. :zipit:
