Fun in the Sun with Magic Friends

How should I know? :veryconfu

What? You don't keep up with this stuff?

Speaking of missing things, it's probably good you took a pass on the Doylestown thing. You truly had to be under 10 or the parent of such to get into the Radio Disney thing...

I was kind of surprised, because I'm so used to the level of professionalism at the World that I assumed this would be similar in it's execution. They should have had more staff, I think. Not that the crowd was overwhelming, but there were alot of unsupervised...um..."less than perfect" children hogging the spotlight. Though the DJ was very good at determining who had already had a turn...

One thing that did remind me of Disney is that at one point we had to stand in a line and it was really hot...

Oh, and can I just say that Em is so smart? We left the Radio thing to go and try meet the Phanatic, but when we got to his spot and he was on break, she insisted on going back to Radio Disney because they were announcing the grand prize winner at 8 o'clock (and you had to be present). Her theory was that the Phanatic is a local phenom and she could probably meet him another time soon, whereas you don't run into Disney a lot...

Though, on the other hand, once we got back to Radio Disney she started to second guess herself. She talked herself out of being upset about it, and then who should show up but the Big Smelly Guy himself? On a firetruck, no less!

All in all, a good night!

And, yea, I danced.

Yay! :sohappy: :sohappy:

Yea, ya know?

Yay! :sohappy: :sohappy:

Not well. But still...:D

And 5 year olds don't care how well you can dance. They just think it's fun you're dancing.

I read this thing, a Robert Fulgham thingy, I think, about how you can ask a group of six year olds "Who here can draw?", and they all raise their hands. But if you ask a group of college sophmores the same thing, only one or two will raise their hands, because they interpret the question as "Who here can draw well?"

I'm not sure where I was going with this...but I like it.

Hmm.
Interesting.
And now that I think of it... completely true.
Huh.

Nice to meet you Amy. I'm David, of course. I work most nights and sleep most days and I've got nearly nothing to do all night but play around on the computer or watch tv. However most entertaining sites are blocked so I spend my nights browing the Disney threads here.
Quite bored tonight
