OT: I bought the heavy cream for the ice cream today, and the vanilla beans too. Every time I open up my cabinet that heavenly vanilla scent wafts out...:slurp:

It's pricey... but soooo worth it.

Eggs, heavy cream, half and half all add up, and the vanilla bean alone is pushing $4... but it's divinity.
