Weekend was loooong. Abby usually feels better by evening, then the next morning she's all stiff. It'll probably be that way for a couple of days, so I'm just in a 'wait and see' mode. I also thought Joel was starting to come down with something last night, but he seems fine this morning. :shrug: Kids! :rolleyes:

In other news, today's our 2nd Wedding Anniversary! Woo, us! We were supposed to go away to a little BnB, but I had to cancel... it's just not in the budget right now... and it looks like a good thing I did, what with his work situation.

Since nobody's here, I'm off to make some bacon and eggs for my sweetie, and surprise him with breakfast in bed. :o

I have in the past... they all end up in a box anyways.. I figured that he's appreciate breakfast more. :lol:

Our 16th is at the end of August. We always try to write a note to each other every year, telling each other why we love the other person. As the years have gone by, it's gone from more emotional feeling to a practical love. I mean, the love is there emotionally, we just try to find ways to encourage each other in those notes.
It may be hot today, but I really don't plan on sticking my nose out the door if I can help it.

Awww... that's sweet! Marc's not much of a writer... he's rather re-wire the kitchen for me as a way of showing his love. Not "romantic" in the sentimental way exactly, but I know that's his way.
