We have been here for three years, and other than the rapid accumulation of toys  , we have finally got to the point where we feel like most of our stuff has been unpacked, sold in garage sales, or given away because we no longer use it. But it's taken a while. I know things are kind of stressful with moving - we have moved ten times and I'm hopeful we are DONE.
I feel like that's me. I have so much stuff in the basement just needing to be put away or gotten rid of. I got rid of some of it yesterday in a garage sale. I made $130 off just small (and some larger) items. All stuff found last minute. Not bad. Not bad at all. :D Money to go to Disney! :sohappy: My trip is close to paid for!

Oh and this is for Vince whenever he pops in...

Vince I just read your TR. I absolutely loved it and I can't wait to be able to read more of your ongoing report. You really are home where you belong and hopefully I can meet up with you in Sept. and maybe, just maybe, I'll meet Ariel with you. Never know.

It took us two tries, but we managed to pull in around $300 - a lot of that came from our larger stuff. I remember I found a 'welcome' sign hanging in the garage and put it out there at the last minute. It was one of the first things to sell!

:sohappy: :sohappy: For your trip almost paid for. Now I have to figure out the money for my Jan trip.

We're having another one on Saturday, but I don't have any more big stuff. My "expensive" stuff sold on Wed. I do have a few items left though. I need to do some more exploring though. What was funny was this "class" of kids came to it and they actually bought a ton of my stuff. It was wierd. It was like a day camp thing and they came to our garage sale. :lookaroun

I really don't need that much more money. I actually have the Disney portion paid for. Now I'm working on getting the airline part paid for. Which I'm really close on. Including this money that I got yesterday, the money I'm supposed to get from WHF parent's and cashing in the change bucket, I should be right there. Then I can either pay myself back for the Halloween party or I can just count that as a present to myself and use this new money for our next trip.

I have a change bucket too :D - been cleaning out my wallet and the car occasionally. I'm probably up to at least $50 dollars there, so that's souvenir money. We're doing the drive thing in October, so we need gas money, 2 hotel stays en route, and souvenirs.

Well the good thing about souvineers with me is that I have my Disney Visa and I think that I'm using my rewards from that to pay for mine. My change bucket usually gets around $70 in it when I cash in...but this time it might be less b/c I cashed in earlier than I usually do.

Well, I need to start supper. My son wants to watch a movie - I usually let him pick it out - and he chose 'Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy'. :lookaroun

See ya!

Well I just went and got me some Dove dark choc. from the freezer and I am eating it now.:slurp:
Oh stop it! :slurp: That sounds so good right about now. *drools*

Ooh! You know what sounds even better. A Dove ice cream bar. That sounds very heavenly right now and very fattening.
