Going to start reading back while it's still semi-manageble.
Grant and his friend took the girls to the fireworks in Southampton...this will make me sound like a terrible mom (yes, I'm having a stellar day on the wife/mother front) but I'm so glad that Em is at an age where I can explain to her that I hate crowds, heat (or cold, as needed) and loud noises. And therefore I can take a pass as long as her Daddy is with her.

Once I actually roused myself and saw the hard work he was doing, I said "Every day you amaze me more. Is there anything you can't do?" And while my comment was sincere, his big, happy grin sparked an evil little thought in my head: I can see why people go into politics.
You always make me smile. I doubt you do it on purpose.
Abby is walking around now, following her dad around outside as he attempts to fill in the gap she fell into; we had planned on doing that from the minute they finished, but Abby couldn't wait. :animwink:

My sis is 47 and has 3 grandchildren; of course those are from her stepkids, although she was more of a mother to them than their biological mother. But she's the next oldest sibling to me. I have two older brothers, 50 and 48 (going on 49). And me turning 37 in September.
We are of an age. I turn 38 in December. I think I might be too old to have another baby but Grant says no way and tells me a story about a girl he knows who is 42 and had two after she got married. I worry about the risks, though.

Well I went to lowe's and then to help my sister-n-law with the remodel of her bathroom. Now I am home and I am tired. Plus I have to work all day tomorrow at my part time job. I work at a pizza place on sundays. the rest of the week I work at my store.
