Quick hi.
I was supposed to work from 11-6, but my boss asked me to stay an extra hour, so I actually worked from 11-7.
My parents and I have decided to go away for a few days for our Spring Break this week.
Guess where we're going?
Philly!
Unfortunately, I don't think any meet-ups are going to be possible.
Anywho, I gotta go try on my outfit for a semi-formal Sweet Sixteen party for tomorrow.
Hopefully it still fits. :lookaroun

DH and I went to his cousin's calling hours today, and saw a lot of extended family I probably haven't seen much since we were first married. We were gone for much of the afternoon and we're pretty tired.

We just got back from BIL's birthday party... all the guys were out playing wiffleball. I was sitting it out with Anastasia.. apparently she hates grass. :shrug: She kept holding one foot up like a flamingo instead of standing straight :lol:

I have a funny picture of one of my friend's firstborn when she was about Anya's age with this awful look on her face sitting in the grass. :lol: Whereas, Joel would live outside in his bare feet if at all possible. I bet Anya looked cute!

I was all about being barefoot when I was little. But this is really one of her first grass expeirnces. She was too little in the fall to go out in the grass, and it's been too cold up till now. I hope she gets used to it fast!
