Fried Pickles?

Did you find Orlando area fried pickles? How were they?

I live in Texas so of course we have them around here EVERYWHERE!!!... its so strange to me to hear people saying they have never had them!...

Sadly, I did not find any. We never had time to go to the BBQ place offsite.

I may be hazy and my memory may be fuzzy (both are perfectly possible explanations), but I seem to remember 15 or so years ago corn-dog style fried pickle spears at the Grand Floridian.

Does anyone else remember having something like this?
