Free things at Disney

I love the free towels and bathrobes they leave for you in your room! ;)

Don't laugh about this one! I still have the 'free' robe I took from the GF as kid. At the time, I thought that was such a nice freebie for the guests. So, I stuffed it in my suitcase.

Needless to say, my parents were not happy when they received the $200+ bill in the mail upon our return home.

Crush Dude!

Back from WDW!Counting down to DLP in November!

There used to an older gentleman that worked at Cosmic Rays, he would go around to the tables and tell people to take a stack of napkins and write "Merry Christmas - wish you were here" stick them in envelopes and mail them out as Christmas cards. LOL

Well that is dif interesting....I am sure I have enough of them by now. LOL

We sometimes will just go over for dinner at one of the resorts. It's always a nice thing to do with friends and family that do not have passes. Have dinner at Ohana's, take a monorail ride to the other resorts. then take a boat ride to Wilderness Lodge. Makes for a great evening.
Everyone we take say the same thing, I canot believe you can ride the monorails and boats for free.

When a friend and I took the DVC tour (we were at WDW but trying to not spend any money, so... no parks) it culminated in free ice cream and, I think, $20 gift cards! I did legitimately wanna give the info to my parents, but our bag full of info and whatnot never made it to our hotel room. :(
Awesome, free ice cream and all you have to do is give up a half day and go on a tour. How much ice cream are we talking here?

Well if you're there on a rare vacation I wouldn't sacrifice the time, but I'm just saying it's an option.
As an honest answer, though, I'm pretty sure they'll keep feeding you single servings till you no longer feel like getting up and getting more.

You could also start a collection of gift cards (no money on them). They're available near cash registers and some are pretty neat (3D and motion). I have a nice set of them and I'm always on the hunt for new ones.

Ummm...those aren't free. You are supposed to purchase them with a minimum $5 placed on the card.

You can get a Jungle Cruise guest skipper license, WDW Railroad guest conductor license (although I'm not sure those are still available), and e-mail postcards and pictures from the Imagination pavillion. Some CMs have cards for attractions with a height requirement. The cards are given to kids who are too short to ride. I've heard that Wild about Safety cards are still available at AK.

The wild about safety cards are at the guest services desk behind the counter I saw them today just ask they've got loads!

The air I breathe there is free. But the buses are free which is awesome as well as the monorail. I live in a very busy area and while the bus is cheap taking the metro is pricey. Thank you Disney for making my transportation on vacation free.

The boats from POR to DTD on a warm night when you're in no hurry. The buttons that lead to other free stuff, treats and magic. Soap and shampoo of course. The free personalized maps before the trip. The great photo pass photographers who take your pictures with your own camera that are just as good as there's (depending on your camera). Character signatures, salt scrub samples at basin, music at DTD, drawing lessons in the studios. Best of all free tanning and at least 10 lbs weight loss during or week long vacations in September. Haha!
