Free Dining for the fall?

So, today was supposed to be the rumored day that Disney Visa card holders would be allowed to book for free dining but I haven't heard anything yet. Has anyone?

That time falls during Columbus Day which is historically very busy. It is also the time frame that many schools in the south, my daughter's school included, has their fall break.
