Free Dining Bounceback

When can i expect to see an offer for free dining at the end of August and early September. Last year we had an offer in our room but could not commit to a specific week at that time. I would love to take advantage of the offer this fall.

If I remember correctly, it's sometime in the spring (April or May). We had booked our 2008 trip in February and purchased the meal deal, and then received a call in April/May from our travel agent saying our meal deal was now free.
