little shop front on the inside of the train station. Storywise, the "Les Halles" theme works. It still looks like a French train station
Oh, it looks like a train station already.

Except that it isn't supposed to look like a train station. Les Halles is (was) the central food market in Paris. The Halls. It resembled the one in EPCOT, but on a vast scale.

One calls the design of the Boulangerie et Patisserie akin to a train-station cafetaria as an insult. To show Disney's failure to come up with a representation of a French bakery that has any charm whatsover.

So if Les Halles was a real food stall location in Paris is it so bad that it has a little bakery and souvenir stand in the EPCOT version? Seems accurate to me (and I rail on WDW for everything it does wrong - this just isn't one of them).
