I'm not sure how I feel about the look of this building, (the retro colors/look are a bit odd for a Starbucks), but I do love their coffee!

The whole point is to try to have it fit in with the theme of the area around it...if they're going to put a Starbucks in a Disney park it shouldn't look like every other Starbucks.

The drinks they serve are covered under the DP, yes? If so then I might have to actually try something there.
I think I remember the MK menu pictures had the DDP snack credit symbol next to the drinks. Friends of mine just came from a trip where they were on the DxDP (which they didn't like - too much food) and they said their last afternoon was spent loading up on drinks and food in the MK Starbucks to use up all those snack credits.

Try a Caramel Macchiato or Pumpkin Spice latte...yum! :)

Yes they are on DDP. Here is the menu http://www.wdwmagic.com/dining/foun...us/03sep2013-fountain-view-starbucks-menu.htm

@wdwmagic - the link you posted says "all drinks are available on the DDP as a snack credit" - is it just the drinks or can the snack credits be used for the pastries/food as well? (Not that I'd use my snack credits there, just curious.)

I agree with you, I don't think it should look like a Starbucks. I'm just saying it's odd to see a Starbucks in that color scheme and style.

Nope, don't care for coffee. But some of those flavored drinks look interesting.

I don't like coffee or tea, but their non-coffee fruit drinks are pretty good, as are their hot chocolates and hot apple cider. Not items I'd have to get often, but nice options to have available, especially if you're with a group of coffee lovers and want something to drink as well.

Gotcha. :) My local Starbucks does have the wood paneling (I guess you'd call it?) that the Epcot one does, but other than that I totally agree that it's very different. I really dig the bubble tile.

I don't drink coffee or those other concoctions, so I really don't like this.

So, do we know where I will be able to get one of those "BIG AS YOUR FACE" chocolate cookie/ice cream sammiches that used to be at Fountain View? Those were soooooooo good.

Are they the ones with 2 full sized chocolate chip cookies with ice cream? I'm sure there are more places, but the French Quarter offers them at their bakery. I'm assuming the other food courts do as well. A great use of a snack credit on the DDP, IMO.

Does anyone (perhaps @wdwmagic ) know if the Starbucks locations on property participate in the "turn in your bag for a free tall brewed coffee" program?

Try Dino-Bites at DAK, Hollywood Scoops at DHS, and Sleepy Hollow at MK.

Sorry can't help you on that one. My guess would be no, but I don't know for sure.

Thanks for the reply.
As I understand things the WDW locations are unique - I believe the "regular" locations are staffed by Starbucks employees (but WDW are staffed by Disney CMs) yet the "we proudly brew" locations and/or locations like the ones inside Barnes and Noble do not accept Starbucks gift cards (but the WDW ones do).

Whatchu talkin' about Willis?

It looks very good in my opinion. Different from every other Starbucks I've been to. I think the design is appropriate for future world. Whether or not it's entirely accurate or true to the vision for EPCOT Center is another story. I'll be purchasing my iced white mocha there in the morning for sure.

I still wish they offered more unique products only available at Disney parks.

Look at the Pig Cafe in DCA... tons of seating... and has outdoor tables as well lining the street.
its still not a starbucks location though, I have a buddy who works for starbucks who has repeatedly mentioned how some people literally stay in the establishment all day sometimes not even ordering anything.

The pig cafe is starbucks... but unlike the choice Disney made with the mainstreet locations it offers more than just the basic starbucks (tho there was talk that the menu was pairing down).

People just camping out in seating is a problem at all disney table service. It's in part why they went to the escorted seating experiment at cosmic rays.
