Former Props Spotted At The Parks (Or Re-Used

Have any of you guys found former attraction parts/props in the parks?

Ive always loved looking for little hidden things like this and I thought i would share what i found! Enjoy! (I hope you share too)

-This past saturday I spotted 2 Test Track 1.0 RV's while on the outdoor portion of Test Track
(Located In The Yellow Circle)




I also spotted A Pleasure Island sign while driving backstage at Epcot (Authorized for a private event)

In the Living Seas VIP Lounge there is a former Sea Base Alpha sign

While driving into DHS in early June I spotted the Pixar Pals parade floats on the left hand side.

Have you seen any former props or re-used props at the parks?

The old arch near WoL is now above the Magic Kingdom parking lot.

Most of the set pieces in the SGE corridor still have the XS logo on them. Heck, so do a lot of the seat covers for broken seats!

This search oughta turn up a whole slew of animatronics. In fact, you could hop on YouTube and maybe find a side-by-side of DCA's Celebrity Limo attraction before and after it became the Monsters Inc ride.

I remember seeing the "Wooden Leg Named Smith" someplace other then AC, I'm thinking it might have been the Backlot Tour. It could be wrong about the location, but I do remember seeing it.

In Tomorrowland there's a UFO near or above the mist machines. This was apparently from the backlot tour graveyard in the Studios and featured originally in a Disney movie before that (Flight of the Navigator perhaps? I'm guessing there).

It's at the Frontierland Railroad Station, I believe.

Speaking of DHS....the plane in the Casablanca may or may not have been the actual Lockheed Electra used for close-up shots in the movie....

The back half of it did in fact languish in DHS' boneyard for years....


And now it's found a home at the Jungle Cruise.

Hence my joke based on the botched setup.
