Forbidden Journey Breaks Down

Although I have no idea what the previous person meant, I don't believe it was in reference to the weight of guests. To quote the Universal Guest Relations member that I spoke with, Universal "does not publish specific weight limitations because a guest's ability to ride is based on body proportions".....as was the case with my husband who mysteriously didn't fit on FJ in the afternoon after riding that morning.

Also, I love there's rumors of a renovation already....very funny!

Yes, they judge the size of the person, pull them aside and see if they can fit in the ride, if not, sorry you're not riding.

all right, im not one of these people who are looking for a fight on this site...

If your last post was any indication, that's EXACTLY what you are.

And this thread IS pretty amusing. Especially the part about Universal "renovating" a brand new attraction.

I'm 12 years old, I've been to disney 3 times in my life. I don't want to fight I'm just sharing my opinions in a strong way. It's not about who gets their facts right it's about sharing ideas and opinions.:)

A couple of points, young person:

The fact that you're 12 years old may explain your confrontational statements. But it certainly doesn't excuse them. Perhaps you should share this exchange with a parent or guardian. They may have suggestions regarding how you could have responded more appropriately.

Telling someone to "crawl back in their hole" is not "just sharing your opinions in a strong way." It's dismissive and childish. Again, an adult in your life may be able to assist you when responding to someone with an opposing viewpoint.

Also, I'm very sure that most of the members here prefer facts to opinions when discussing facts. To state that Universal is bringing FJ down for rehab is not an opinion. An opinion would be "I think that Universal should rehab FJ to accommodate a wider range of guest proportions." Hopefully you can see the difference.

Typical Uni Attitudes at best. Thank God WDW did not want this belittling attaction

Why do you even read this section of the forum? You clearly dislike everything about Universal for the sake of disliking it, so why are you here other than to attempt to stir the pot? Whether you'd like to accept it or not, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is the biggest addition to the Orlando theme park scene in quite some time, with a revolutionary attraction that has even the biggest Disney fans raving. I'm guessing given Universal's recent massive attendance boosts and merchandise sales that Disney might be wishing they had pursued the Potter property.

Honestly, just please leave the Universal forum alone if you have nothing to say besides "Universal and its fans suck, Disney is too good for Potter"...

This is the part where I would usually get on your case for being a pitiful troll, but in this specific case, I can only ask... what? I seriously have no idea what you just said. You've always been annoying, but at least you were legible before.

Hey guys whataya know, I was right. Universal added seats for oversized people who couldn't sit in the real seats. If you get the green light during the test, you're good to go, yellow, take the special seat, and red, sorry, out of luck.
