For those of you that have been to WDW multiple times, are you planning on doing anything NEW on your next trip? I've been 3 times now and will be going on my 4th trip in Oct. Here's a few things that will be new to me this time around...
1. First trip without kids or husbands (this will be be a girls trip!) (taking the family next May)
2. Staying in a moderate instead of a value
3. Going to MNSSHP
4. Using the DDP
5. Going resort hopping
6. Going on Splash Mountain (yeah, I know...this should have been done A LONG time ago!)
7. Seeing Spectromagic (always seem to go to MK on nights it's not running)

Well, on my next trip to WDW, I'm planning on golfing at either at the Palm or Magnolia course because I missed golfing there last time. The courses were shut down in late October for the PGA event the following weekend. But it was a treat every day walking to and from my resort room at Shades of Green seeing all the daily additions before my stay was up.

Also, I have to see Lights Motorcars Action, Kilamanjaro Safari, Festival of the Lion King and the Nemo musical my next trip. I missed those rides in my October 2007 trip because I was playing the part of "thrill junkie" hitting as many roller coasters as possible between the four parks and Universal.

There's always next time, and there will be soon --

Heading for the great escape.
I always chuck in a few surprises.

Last year it was a few nights at the Polly, a backstage tour and a gift basket for Mrs sak and the Girls oh and Blue Man gRoup at Universal.

Year before it was a a different tour, and fireworks cruise, Discovery cove

Year before that it was a day at Busch gardens and sea world.

We've got a few new restaurants this time around, and probably a tour.
First time at a value resort (and hoping its not too loud!)
More time at AK, and seeing the Nemo show there (was sick last time and missed it)

We're headed down next month and for our "new" experience, we're going to eat at Bongo's in Downtown Disney.

We've done all the attractions in the parks, so most of our new things revolve around eating. :o

I am planning on doing a few new things this time.

*Try the Beverly drink @ Epcot. ( I'll video the family:lol:)
*Stay at POR for the first time.
*Ride Toy Story Mania
*Thinking about MNSSHP
*Relaxing ( I'm a go,go,go type girl, we can relax at home)

My last trip (just this past feb) was a pretty different one for me. My first 2 trips were with my husband (we were just dating then) the 3rd time was on my Honeymoon. But this last time I went with my Mom and youngest Sister. It was both their first times and so I was the tour guide (in the past it was always my DH). The big change this time was I was (still am) pregnant. Which meant many rides I was unable to go on but still had an AMAZING time .

Next trip (planned in 4 years) will be with our little one (or little ones). I know that trip will definatly be different from the rest. :ROFLOL:

I've been to Disney about 9 times already, my boyfriend haden't been there in years, so this past January was like a 1st visit all over again. I've always been one to run from attraction to attraction and park to park, so with him, i slowed things down a bit. He was ok with doing the park thing, but i could tell it really wasen't his cup of tea. So i scheduled golfing at Magnolia and he suprised me with a spa visit at SSR. It was different for me, but we had a blast. He's also a night person so we started out days later, but had a nice sit down breakfast meal each day. And with the extra magic hours we got to see all the attractions we wanted to without so much traffic. We did do some special things as well. On top of the golifing and the suprise spa visit. We printed out before we left a list of the "unknown facts" and the hidden mickey list and tried to find them. We also tried the Cali grill at the contemporary which both loved. We also went to the clubs in Downtown, and went through all the shops. We also did the "beers of the world" in Epcot (no worries we ordered the small ones and split them each time). He and I are both Italian so we hit up the Italian sweets while we watched Illuminations. We will be heading back in Jan again, and i know for the next visit we are going to try and finish a "kitchen sink" at the Beach Club, and we will be trying a different golf course. We definately are going to try the T-rex resturant, and he wants to visit the Disney Quest. Those are just some of the different things we've already planned. Im sure we'll come uo with more!

Hope it helped!

We always do something new on each trip. Our last trip we did the Keys to the Kingdom tour, tried some new restaurants and watched Impressions de France. Each trip we always do something that we have never done before.

I will be staying at a DVC resort for the first time, OKW. Personally I have been boycotting DVC because it drives me nuts, but I needed the space and I am getting the room for half price. So I am given in...reluctantly. Will be trying Yak n Yeti for the first time as well as olivias. Sadly I will be going to the concourse steakhouse for the last time. RIP concourse you will be missed.
We will be renting a large boat for the first time. Normally I rent a sprite, but we will have six people so we are going to rent a boat that fits all of us. So we are looking forward to that. My son will be doing the albatross at Yacht and Beach club so I will be curious to see how he likes it. Truthfully I wish I could do that:lol:. I have fond memories of being a kid and doing the Wonders of Walt Disney World program without my parents, wish they still had it. Lastly althought its not Disney I am looking forward to going to the mousesurplus warehouse for the first time. Should be a good time. Thats it for this trip.
PS
I always recommend going to Ft. Wilderness just to hang out. I don't camp and not I am not really into the "wilderness" but I feel its one of the hidden gems of WDW. Its a nice couple of hours on a day off.

We won't be returning until about 2012, after both kids are in college. Porbalby in December to catch the decorations. We plan on doing the Keys to the Kingdom tour. Since we have 5 days of hoppers left on our no expire tickets we can take our time and check out EVERYTHING at each park. I'm really looking forward to it. The trip this past January was pretty much a commando-like endeavor until my wife got pnemonia and ended up in Celebration hospital.

Since we go to WDW about every 4 years, we first plan to experience all the new attractionsand try new restaurants, though we don't always accomplish this. For trip in Sept for our oldest's Sweet 16, we are planning on these firsts:

*Taking someone else's child with us
*Staying in a Value vs. Deluxe (All Star Music Family Suite vs. Wild Lodge/Contemporary in past)
*Attending the MNSHHP
*Added the DDP
*Eating at the Coral Reef, 50's Prime Time (Ate at the Sci-Fi last time and loved the theming!)
*Taking kids to Spirit of Aloha (my husband and I went when it was the old luau - we are interested in seeing the changes)
*Celebrating a birthday in the Kingdom
*Enjoying Soarin', Philharmagic, Everest, Toy Story Mania, the Rehabbed Haunted Mansions & POTC, Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, and FINALLY seeing Fantasmic (long story why we have missed it all these years!)
*Trying a Dole Whip (yes, I know, how is it possible I've missed this. But on my last trip, it was the first time we had turkey legs in the kingdom and we only found out about that before the trip - :p!)

We are so ready! Are we there yet??????????????:sohappy:

The fact that's there's always things you haven't done before is the thing I love about Disney. This will be trip 10 to WDW and things were doing for the first time will be....

* Trying DDP inc Ohana's, Artist Point and Hollywood & Vine for the 1st time

* Nemo Show at AK
* Buying an autograph book for my DS (It is for him really!!!)

Only 29 days to go now:sohappy:

This trip we will be doing a few new things. (mostly food)
Eating at Le Cellier Finally! :sohappy: Garden Grill, I don't think that there are any attractions that we have not seen. Besides the New HM, TSM (yea!!) and nwe SSE. It will be my first trip since MGM changed to DHS.
We may do Universal for one day. I really don't want to ( to me it is wasting a precious Disney day) but the kids want to try it.

I plan on doing the Hoop-De-Do Review this next trip in December. When DD was smaller, DH refused to go (he doesn't do silly very well), and then when DD was older, she didn't want to go (takes after her Dad in the silly department). So, since silly is my most fun thing to do, I'm taking my Great-niece(6) & nephew(9) and we are going to have a good time.

this next trip will be our 100th

you would be surprised how each time there are little things that you have never seen before either because they are knew or because there was always some distraction. i've been there solo and with family, most family LOL. started out going it was my wife, she passed 11 years ago, our daughter who was just shy of 3 y/o and me. the next trip was with wife, daughter & 2nd daughter WHO WAS THEN JUST SHY OF 3 and me (sorry for the caps).

and then over the years the greatest excitement and visual of seeing something KNEW was to watch their wonderment as they saw something different. at first there was just MAgic Kingdom. for our 2nd trip EPCOT was just opened and over the years to see the new parks and watch the resorts grow. funny how you discover and find a small table in the cantina at mexico to sip margaitas & sit at and look into each other's eyes and fall in love all over again as the kids explore. to spend moments together that makes memories that never fade and even 11 years later to sit at that exact same table and remember all of those moments...

yes there are always KNEW and wonderful and MAGICAl things to discover and remember each trip. and now going back again with the grandkids and redicovering all of these magical things with young children again while i too am still at child at heart.

over the years things change, disney grows different for the better and also the worse... but what always is constant is THE MAGIC... the magic of new discovery and the magic of memories and love and happy times that are experienced even if only in your mine forever.
