No , I'm not trying to make those who have to wait a little longer feel (well you know that feeling) impatient.. But I feel like I can jump out of my skin...we're leaving friday morn bright and early 6:05 am , and I feel like OMG ITS FINALLY HERE!!!!! Come on who else is leaving this week and feels the same way...I honestly have to say that it just never ever gets old....people say that all the time(those who don't quite "get it")"How can you get so excited over a mouse?" or "You we're just there , and you're still getting excited?"..even though we go every year, sometimes if we're very lucky twice, I still get so excited like we've never been before, the waiting everything that leads up to it...the countdown , the kids getting excited, last nite my 2 1/2year old woke up at 2 to go to the bathroom, well in the mist of being half awake she starts dancing and singing"we're going to disney ..disney , we're going to disney". ,,,,yes even at 2 in the morn..very cute...but really seeing they're excitement , everytime it gets better and better....ok sorry that I've been going on and on..I'm just so..FREAKIN EXCITED!!! Feel free join in.....Don't let me be the only !!!

3 days...20 hrs...52 mins.... HERE WE COME POR!!!!!!!!!!!!!:sohappy:

:sohappy: Our Flight leaves @ 10:50 pm this Friday night, and we arrive in Orlando around 7:00 am. I have already packed my bags. The first day we arrive we are going to the Magic Kingdom and my 22 month old son will be getting his first haircut. I don't know how I will get through thsi week. I got up at 4:00 am this morning and couldn't get back to sleep so I am already at work over 3 hours early and the first thing I did was check out this web site.:sohappy:

I am leaving bright and early this Saturday morning. I will be in the magic in roughly three hours from departure. Living relatively close to Orlando does not make the magic and excitement diminish one bit, at least not for my fiancé and I. We try and visit at least every three months (we are aiming at every other month, but we always get tied up with the evilness of real life...lol), and each time we are just excited, if not more so, than the last.

Our last visit was Memorial Day weekend in May, and for FL residents, that was a classic BAD decision (we were fully aware that it would be). In our defense, we hadn't been since the Everest previews in January and were in desperate need of a Mickey fix. So, this being September, we are hoping for the usual medium-low crowd levels that prevail during this time of year.
<O:p
Also, we are doing our first character meal (lunch @ Chef Mickey's) since we were both young children. We are always giddy fanatics whenever the characters are around, so I can only imagine the incredible time we are going to have. Anyway, to whoever else is visiting this weekend....perhaps we will pass each other by! <O:p

I don't leave till the 16th of October! and I can hardly wait. I havn't pinned it down what it is. I just went for one day in August and also back in Nov 2005 and I can't get enough. I listen to Sorcerer Radio sometimes just to get in the mood!! I grew up on the Disney Channel, but because of family finances when I was a kid, could never go much. I think it is a combination of things. Your childhood memories. Watching your kids (if you have them). A great vacation place - friendly service, clean, clean, clean, good location, relaxing or exciting or both and a huge fan base. I know in the end it is about the money, but at least Disney realizes who holds the money.... THE CUSTOMER!!!! So they do the very best for the customer.

Our flight leaves Detroit at 9:27PM this Saturday night. We will be arriving on property around 1AM on Sunday morning. I'm sure we will not get any sleep THAT night either!

*On a good note, a check that I was waiting on to come in the mail to use for Disney never arrived. I found out today that it won't come until another 2 weeks!! We thought we would have to cancel our trip. But a $500 cash birthday gift is being given to my roomate on Friday. Whew!!!

I leave bright and early on Wednesday morning, at 5:00am!!

Living on the other side of the country, (as I do) we have a loooooong flight before we reach Orlando.

We finally touch down at MCO around 3:30pm.

I am almost dancing around my house too!

I have a short trip this time around. Just the weekend. I'm leaving Thursday evening after work and will arrive in The World at about 10PM.

Normally I go in the mornings, but I figured since we're coming home Monday afternoon, I wanted to get an extra full day in. Friday we'll wake up refreshed and ready to go!

Good thing too - I'm going to MNNSHP!

Yep, I know the feeling. Addicted to WDW !!!

I've been marking days off the calendar since I booked my trip for this year back in April. And we're not going until November 25th. :brick:

I get just as excited as my 9 year old daughter, and I'm 52 !!

The wife and kid leave the planning all up to me, and I have to say I do a good job at it. I read the posts here and several other websites every day, follow the weather reports, read the park guides both official and unofficial, have made all my dining reservations, and just about have my daily itenerary planned out to the minute.

If you promise not to tell I'll even tell you a secret. I've already got my suitcases out of the attic and they're under my bed. I'd pack them now, but I might need some of those clothes in the next 2 months !!

Well, only 75 more days till I'm there too and I'm watching the second hand on the clock.

Hope you guys going sooner have a great trip, report back here so I'll have something new to read each day before I go.

November 25th can't get here soon enough !!

I leave one week from tomorrow! I just keep thinking about how loooong this week is going to drag, but in actuality, its going to be a busy week which is great. I just can't wait to head out to the airport, get to mco, get on magical express and see that beloved "Welcome to Walt Disney World" Sign (i get tears in my eyes everytime i see it) hope everyone has a great time!
