FLE questions

When we were there this month I asked the CM at Snow White when the ride would be closing. She said sometime next year. I don't know if that is accurate but that is what she said.

This is very surprising, to me at least. I thought they would have trimmed some corners wherever possible, but it's encouraging to here what we see is what we get.

Its doing much better than P&tF and some of the other Disney Animated features of the past decade, but nothing to indicate it will have the legs that BatB, TLM, Aladdin, etc have had.

So far it has made less than PatF and hasn't quite made a profit. It's the most expansive animated movie ever made. I think Disney wanted to break even at the Box Office and bank on a new princess line for DVD and Merch sells. Still too early to tell but the numbers are getting smaller each week.

Hi! I have a few questions about the FLE.

1. What is going where Pixie Hollow was gonna be? Circus Land. It was planned for where the giant tent buildings are but they are staying now.
2. Where exactly is the new Double Dumbo gonna go? Goofy's Barnstormer and the Indy Speedway.
3. Is Snow White closing for sure? Yes. A new Princess M&G will be going into that space currently being called Fairytale Hall.

Ha! The point of the redirection is to move away from princess stuff, esp. something that was just released... I think that if something does not have proven staying power like TLM and BatB then it shouldn't be in the park more than a M&G. Then again... Stitch got his own attraction!

Plan B = Cutting Cindy & Aurora M&G areas... putting in SW Mine Ride.

Um, the Cindy & Aurora M&G areas have been totally cut, along with PH.

Now, I'm wondering if the Pooh M&G straight across from the attraction will still be added in?

1. Part of the new Circus-themed area will occupy what was to be Pixie Hollow.
The mine ride will be further west, where Cinderella and Aurora were planning to move in.

2. Dumbo is going to back up to the Speedway, next to Barnstormer, facing north-ish. The queue for Dumbo will sit in that little nook you can see in arial photos.

3. Snow White looks to be a goner. Wave goodbye and wish it well.:wave:

I would say they would use them for the line for the Dumbos.

Are you still hearing 3 new Fastpass attractions resulting from this?
Dumbo, Little Mermaid, Snow White?

I would assume they would probably re-use the PhilharMagic and Stitch Machines for these.
