I am triggered by people suggesting good pizza exists away from NYC. False! You get about 70 miles around NYC until it all turns into Pizza Hut.

I’m joking, of course. The only good pizza in America is in New Haven, CT. But we call it Apizza (a BEETZ if you’re fancy).

If Frank Pepe near Yale University in New Haven were to expand to more states that would be awesome.

There are quite a few Pepe’s now. I don’t know that they are outside of CT, though.

edit: just checked. There are Pepe’s in FL, VA, MD, and some northeast states. The one in FL is between Miami and West Palm. Now we know why they are building that train route. Floridians will finally eat pizza.

I had Apizza in Chapel Hill, NC a few weeks ago. I think the people that run the place moved there from New Haven.

It was good!

People in NY are used to having rat poop in the pizza. When they go someplace without it they don't like the taste! lol

I've started heading this way out of property on the way home to Tampa to avoid all the I-4 shenanigans, it's been great, been stopping at Firehouse and PDQ too to grab some dinner.

I went to the Target over there last month when I was in town.. it was SO tiny. I have never seen a Target that small!
Oh yeah, it's a Tiny Target, 1/4 of it is groceries, the electronics section is literally just one end stand basically. Lots of decent priced Disney merch.. I'm sure it's great for the CMs that live around there though.

Also another reason I love driving through here is you always see all the CMs in wardrobe just walking around, crossing the street.. etc., it's pretty cool and surreal.

ok that's fun.. I love seeing CMs walking around in their gear. Reminds me of all of my Disneyland time. When you see a CM waiting for the bus in their Frontierland costume.
