Trip Report First time staying at the Boardwalk

Hi All!! One week from today, we will be flying the friendly skies from Pittsburgh to Orlando!! I am so excited!! Like, most of you, I am obsessed with all things Disney!

First the cast,


Hunter, 12, myself, Deighton, timeless, Brinley, 21 months, Camden 5, and Den, also timeless!! This picture was taken last October.

So, as I previously stated, we are leaving May 31 at 7am and getting into Orlando at 11 am. We will take the ME to the Boardwalk. This will not only be our first time staying at the Boardwalk but it will also be our first time in a one bedroom villa. Wahoo, a room to ourselves without our stinky, mange, poachers, I mean, sons. Oops!

I am going to try,yet again, to do a livish report. I, usually, start strong and fail, bitterly, at the end. Here goes another try!! One week to go and all systems go!!!

After Buzz, we ended up on the people mover.

And then over to Circus land. Cam and I road Dumbo. View attachment 208557
The kids then got soaked while I was in the bathroom with Brin. Grr!! I should have known better. We always have a change of clothes for them but not today. However, I will say, they dried quickly.

Next was the motor speedway. After was fast passes for 7DMS. These fast passes actually worked! Unfortunately, the ride broke down twice while I was on it. I did however think it was super cute.

MK was very busy and it was very humid...again! Luckily we had Liberty Tree reservations at 1230. It was delicious and efficient! We were sat a little early and out around 1 when we jetted out of the parks bc of the ominous clouds!

Wow! You had a great spot for the show!

I'm still on the fence about this restaurant. I have Boma and Jiko booked. The bread service looks delicious though. Glad you enjoyed it!

We met Kylo in October. It was awkward. We skipped it this time. I am really not use to these long lines.

Even a rainy day at Epcot is better than not being there! Is that the cheese soup at Le Cellier? It is so good, I have made the recipe at home and it turns out just as good.

Le Cellier!! The service, beers ( maudite and la fin de monde), and atmoshere were excellent! The ribeyes were disappointing. Oh well! The kids were behaved and we had a great time!! The cheese soup with pretzel bread and poutine were delicious!!

Even a rainy day at Epcot is better than not being there! Is that the cheese soup at Le Cellier? It is so good, I have made the recipe at home and it turns out just as good.

So a few beers later...Den had this bright idea... I came back from the bathroom to find my daughter dressed like this!!
