I don't understand how they are going to explain Voldemort being in this ride...

His Death Eaters aren't getting the job done so he has to step in and handle things himself? Whatever it is they had to get JK Rowling's approval.

I find it interesting London is in book 7 and Hogsmeade is book 4.

Because the ride is at a point in time that is not after deathly hollows.. It has lots of people in it that are all dead by the end of the books. In one of the videos... Griphook mentions the ride takes place right after Harry's ride through the mines in the movie

I actually think this take place DURING the trio's visit to the bank in 7.2.

Sort of like Lion King 1.5.

It is during. My thing is, Voldy wasn't there. But I am sure it'll be great.

Had not seen the smoke stacks on each car...

and for those wondering about Harry Potter.. you can see him and griphook clearly in that scene at the end.
Where did you see Harry?

My guess is that Harry and Hermoine are stock footage with Ron having a larger role.
