His Death Eaters aren't getting the job done so he has to step in and handle things himself? Whatever it is they had to get JK Rowling's approval.

I find it interesting London is in book 7 and Hogsmeade is book 4.

Because the ride is at a point in time that is not after deathly hollows.. It has lots of people in it that are all dead by the end of the books. In one of the videos... Griphook mentions the ride takes place right after Harry's ride through the mines in the movie

I actually think this take place DURING the trio's visit to the bank in 7.2.

Sort of like Lion King 1.5.

My guess is that Harry and Hermoine are stock footage with Ron having a larger role.

This article states that all three actors came back for the ride and that it is NOT stock footage.

You're right.. when you look at it better (before the gate comes down) you can see the red hair and he actually is the one talking. Looks like one of the twins.
