THERE IS NO MUSIC IN NEMO -- get the soundtrack -- NO MUSIC. the only song is not even an original....
So they'll make music. They've done it before & they'll do it again.

Just becuse fish are animals doesn't mean they need to be at AK!
Of course. Next step would be to remove all the gazelles (there animals...but no need to have them). Then of course let's remove the tree of life because there are only bugs in there.

You do realize that Ellen can't be at Turtle Talk because there's an actual woman back there speaking. And unless Ellen goes to TLS every day, it won't be her. A new show would be completely prerecorded, so could easily be Ellen, which would be great since she was one of the highlights of the movie. Anyway, running back and forth from TLS and UoE has to be very rough on Ellen, so much running... now she'll have to run to AK between TT shows...

I personally think that it would be really nice if they brought back the Jungle Book Show. Granted it wouldn't really fit the theme of the area and most young kids probably wouldn't know anything about it (maybe). However it was a really good show, much better than Tarzan (Blow your ear drums out) Rocks. I also heard that the orginal Noahs Ark show was supposed to have been really good but unfortunately it never was done. With the theater being enclosed now it could possibly come back. I'm not sure if they striked the sets that were already built but if they didn't the show would definately be cool. Although, you would be getting into a whole religious battle there and Disney would change the show to something else because they don't want to get into those battles. (In Fantasmic, one of reasons Mickey doesn't walk or rise on the water). Still, I think one of these shows would be better than Nemo since he is getting his own pavilion at EPCOT.

that doesn't even make sense??? Narnia makes much more sense than nemo.. and that's already stretching it.

should we also make a new china and japan pavilion in asia at ak?

Think about it- Mermaid is dying

The Little Mermaid is set for Disney DVD Platinum Edition the end of the year, plus it still draws crowds, everytime we go it always full.

With the DVD coming out soon I think Disney would want to keep this for just a while longer.

Please, wait and see before judging an attraction! We've only heard about the bare-bones info about the show--no concept art, no indication about what part of Finding Nemo the show will focus on, nothing. We know very little at all about this attraction--certainly not anywhere near enough to form an opinion about it.

Disney has done some fantastic things with puppets before. Have you seen the Ursula puppet in the Parade of Dreams? It's amazing--it's hard to tell that it's a puppet, and not an AA. Also, puppetry seems about the best way to realize the Nemo characters. The costumes they're using in Nemo on Ice just look kinda disturbing, and making all of those AA's would be prohibitively expensive.

Please, please, please wait until we've seen more of this attraction before you start to form an opinion--and please reserve final judgement until you're actualy in the theater watching it.

the only reason im judging the attraction already is because Nemo has the Living Seas, and Nemo is about to get a pretty sweet ride in the Living Seas. Why does Nemo need all the attention? We already have a Stitch.

I agree with imagineersrock, the location doesnt make any sense. Its a mix between Asia and Dino-Land, and what do fish have to do with either of those?

I agree that this show has potential, But so does every other disney show on the planet. And they've already done the whole puppet thing with the voyage of the little mermaid, and they are not getting rid of that anytime soon. Especially with the DVD and new Broadway Show coming out soon...

If they cant find a good show, then dont put a show there. Why make new music for Finding Nemo? Tarzan already has music, and it rocks! (no pun intended..well it kinda was) It is that simple. That could be some amazing space for some restaurants, or more Tarzan! (tarzan doesnt really fit the space either, but at least it has music already)

Come on...

I think some of you are being to hasty to judge. Voyage of the Little Mermaind, Animagique, and the old Legend of the Lion King at MK, all make extensive use of Puppets, and are all VERY popular. I think you need to wait to see the show before declaring its terrible.

Thank you Steve:sohappy: ...I was thinking the same thing, I am a big fan of VoTLM and think if its like ten years newer than it, and if its on a larger scale, i coudnt be happier!!!!, give it a chance, itll probably be better than you think, better than Tarzan.....:lookaroun

Aw, well I am sure the show will be good. I remember back in the early 90s - Lion King had a parade (or was that at Disneyland??), Legend of the Lion King, and the Circle of Life movie!

Well... I like progress.
It's already coming, so let it.
From what I've just read, it sounds like they're putting some work into this.
It's a good thing...

I mean seriously, we found nemo. Get over it.

Wow. Hilarious. I actually chuckled out loud!

I'm definitely going to miss Tarzan because I loved it. I saw it the day before it closed and you could definitely tell the cast was getting emotional. I'm interested to see where this Nemo show will go and how it will be received. Dinoland, USA is an odd choice - or perhaps Nemo is an odd show to be put there. We'll just have to wait and see.

Maybe something about Brother Bear. I know it wasn't that popular, but at least it still has music by Phil Collins. Still wouldn't really fit in Dionoland though.
I remember armchair imagineering a show very much like Tarzan Rocks only with Brother Bear instead. I would just love to see SOMETHING Brother Bear at Disney...

Hmmm - it's called Animal Kingdom - not Aquatic Kingdom. Oh well, I'm sure Disney will do it up right. Nemo, rather Turtle Talk with Crush, is drawing huge crowds at TLS now, and will do even more when the rehab is complete. The location makes sense if the target audience is families, since it will be so close to Chester & Hester's Dino-rama. I like these types of shows OK, but once is usually enough.
