Festival of Fantasy Parade coming to Magic Kingdom in 2014

The only day that CM can not enter themselves with the maingates is the 24 hour day in May. All other blackout dates are just for letting your family or friend in the parks with your maingates

Well, I must say, that Prince Philip is quite dreamy. Sorry, just had to say it haha

No shame in that. I myself have a platonic hetero man-crush on Prince Philip as he is in fact rather dreamy as far as guys go.

My CM friend heard a rumor that CM's are blocked from the Magic Kingdom on Sunday. I know our main gates are blocked next week but does anyone know if our passes to get ourselves in are as well?

IDs are never blocked out. Main Gates—all the time at MK. I'm not sure how it works now that you have to use the RFID pass too.

It's really exciting to see Phillip given proper treatment. He's always been the most strayed from Face Character, and that hat is ghastly. Finally they seem to actually care about Phillip, and he looks pretty good. If only they perfected his signature quaff.

Love it!!! Anyone know if they will have buttons to?

What about any special FOF merchandise? I know they Usually don't have entertainment merchandise like shirts but they do appear to be going all out for this parade..

Got to believe there is going to be a merch parade... if not they're leaving our money on the table!
My hope is that - some of these floats will get their own toys, and some of the costumes are going to have little knock off versions. Like you say - they really do seem to be pulling out all the stops for this, when they show this level of enthusiasm, it's simply contagious.

At the very least there will be pins and t-shirts, maybe a vinylmation or 6...

Yes it does. When Phillip is at the stream the animals take his boots, cloak and hat. They then dance with Aurora and the owl is wearing the cloak and hat.

Well, movie hat is very similar in design to Peter Pan's; perhaps they opted for a different one to avoid confusion.
