Hi!

A holiday 2 wdw isnt just wdw, its the flight there and back aswell. I was just wondering who do you all prefer to fly with?

I must say virgin atlantic - really nice cabin crew, excellent in flight entertainment and lots of little extras eg. ice cream during movies, and an amenity kit on every seat, there and back - which you can keep!!!

I guess if you are from the usa then you probably dont fly with virgin. anyway, who is your favourite airline to fly to wdw and why?

:)

Yeah Al bud..ya forgot a few of the big league airlines like Delta and US Airways. Those are the only two I've been on so I can't vote. :(

Sheri, we flew Delta Express on our last trip down there...errrrr all I can say is looking out the wondow and seeing all sorts of bolts and screws in the wing jiggling around gives you an uneasy feeling. :D Delta Express uses the left over peice of crap jets lol.

It's HarmonioUS, NOT HarmoniYOU.
I like ATA...I HATE O'HARE AIRPORT!!! Midway is sooooo much easier to get to...and alot less car and people traffic...and alot of non-stops to Orlando at Great rates...and they have the newest fleet of planes. Oh God I sound like a commerical...shoot me...LOL..but really...ATA is kewl...

We try to fly Virgin when we can, even though it means flying out of Belfast or Dublin to get to Gatwick or Manchester! They are brilliant with the kids. We flew with Britannia last time from Dublin to Orlando - the kids got nothing - not even a colouring book! It's Virgin this year!!

I totally agree!

i once flew to wdw with american airlines, no complaints, but no praises. You got on, we were served an absolutely disgusting breakfast (it was like a gooey chesse mound wrapped in bread :hurl: ), and the inflight entertainment was just those screens above

but our last trip, we flew with virgin and it was fantastic! a cool bag on EVERY seat with a pen in, notepad, blindfold, keyring, toothbrush, toothpaste, and lots more! all in a "virgin " bag! and i got this kids bag, which was like a proper school bag (but colourful ) - which i could keep! it had a cap, sunglasses, books, sweets, colouring book, an apple, and lots of other stuff [i suppose i will be to old to get one of those next time! lol!)

mind you, im pretty sure americ airlines were much cheaper , im not sure :)

I drive to WDW, haven't flown down since 98.

But when I do fly, I refuse to fly out of Logan, Manchester is so much easier and closer. I love that airport.

We are flying Dublin/Gatwick -Gatwick/Orlando for £340 per adult. That seems OK to a teacher like me who has no option but to fly out in peak season! If I wanted to fly Belfast/Gatwick it would be another £150 each and to fly direct from Belfast to Orlando at that time of year I'd have to sell the house, put the kids up for adoption and even then I'd have to book 18months in advance - and all that to fly into Sanford!

We get the best prices and non-stop flights on Delta out of LaGuardia in NY. We live closer to the New York airports than to Hartford.

Hartford is more expensive and has far fewer non-stop flights to Orlando but the airport is MUCH nicer and the people more civil in Hartford.

The last time I flew to usa was with PanAm back in 1990 and we had to fly into Miami first and then got a connecting flight upto Orlando.

In September we are flying with Virgin direct to Orlando!!
